Web Order Returns
Our goal is that you are completely happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a purchase for any reason, we will accept your return within 30 days from the date of delivery for a complete refund of the original purchase price, less shipping and handling charges.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, used, or items that have been washed, damaged, or otherwise altered. Slipslide.ca is not responsible for any item that we do not receive or that is not returned for refund in accordance with the terms of our return policy.
In addition, Slipslide.ca may, in its sole discretion, deduct a sum equal to 15% of the original purchase price as a re-stocking fee for custom manufactured products.
Only returns of Slipslide.ca merchandise purchased directly online from our Slipslide.ca website will be accepted.
To help us better serve you, please follow the steps below, and be sure to read everything to the end of this policy.

Contact our customer service department by email at info@slipslide.ca so we can issue a return authorization number for your return.

When assigning a return authorization number, we will also advise you which return address should be used (addresses are below).*

The return must be received by Slipslide.ca within 30 days of delivery to you.

Return items to us in unused condition using the original shipping carton. Enclose the packing slip and indicate the reason for the return.

Please note, we highly recommend shipping your package to Slipslide.ca by a traceable method with a courier service and retain your receipt. Slipslide.ca cannot be responsible for any returns not received.
After we receive your returned product, we will process your credit against the same credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 days after our receipt for processing your credit. We will send you an email to the address you provided to us confirming the credit once we have completed our processing. Please note, we will only refund your shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Import fees are not eligible for refunds.
Please be certain to return the item to the address in Canada or the United States which we specify. If you do not return the item to us to the address we specify, we may have to also deduct from your refund the amount we will incur for freight and brokerage fees.
